Modern 2-Bedroom Stay | Radiant Square

Overall, we do love the apt and we will come back for sure. There were hiccups but all good. The staff were responsive a Positive: The location and the accessibility. Most importantly, the apt allows pets Negative: We requested for 4 towels and 4 slippers before checking in. We were told it was ready but when we checked, there were only 2 slippers and 3 towels. So I requested it on the same day of check in. We were told it will ne provided the next day. I said it should be provided in the morninf. However, it only came in at night which is our second night. It took so long for them to provide the missing towels and slippers. When we checked out, the agent called and said we lost the other key access card. We are 1m % sure that we didnt lose it as we left the cards on the tv rack. The other one might have fell at the back of the tv rack, or under the rack. Im sure it was just misplaced.

Great Positive: Clean Negative: Na

Feels like home Positive: The apartment exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable for our 5-night stay. We truly felt at home. It was well equipped with towels, an ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, ample storage, and a full set of kitchen utensils. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive, the location was convenient, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment has a pleasant ambience and feels spacious. There is even a small balcony for drying clothes.

We had fun staying!! it was all good for my family especially for my kids. They love the pool and the personnel’s are wa Positive: It’s clean and all complete with the kitchen utensils so it was helpful during our stay Negative: less tissue box 😅
